Know when to expect your DMO compensation
Your Aetna Dental Maintenance Organization (DMO®) monthly roster compensation payments should be mailed or credited to your bank account by electronic funds transfer (EFT) based on the schedule below.

You should receive checks within normal U.S. Postal Service mailing time for first-class mail. We mail the checks from Kentucky.
EFT dates are not necessarily transfer dates
While the EFT payments should be available in your account by the dates listed above, we can’t guarantee that the payments are transferred on these days.
